@dbkeator - Are we thinking of "diagnosis" as an activity or as a "description"? Most term sources have the activity definition. The description version is SIO_001003 "diagnostic opinion" - is that what you want? In the same vein, the usual definition for "comorbidity" is something akin to: "coexistence of two or more physical and/or mental disorders" (NCIT), which is not what you want if you want the value of "comorbidity" to be that of a disease or condition.
