After I ran ignite-cli generate splash-screen I couldn't see any changes in iOS/Android emulators until I ran prebuild command. Is it intended behaviour? I'm still a bit confused about expo prebuild and I think that I read somewhere that this is type of command that you need to run only once at the beginnign of the project
