current zenodo dataset

add catalog files
add preprocessed rotors data file
add UK cutout of era5 mslp
rename to reflect that it is not just about nthe rotors dataset any more
include links to era5 and rotors information
include links to this repository.

update instructions on using datasets in notebooks
