Update Zenith CD to automatically configure sequencer

each time a new Zenith contract is deployed, we will need to configure the sequencer key on the contract too. Currently, this is done manually. It would be nice to run it automatically alongside the automatic deploys.

We will need to align on a method to pipe an output of the Zenith deploy (the Zenith Address) -> an input of the Set Sequencer task
