Default to search by id on service instance page

By default, the instance filtering is done on the state:

I have never needed to filter instances like this, but I have often searched to find an instance by its id. I think the latter is a lot more likely to be used and it would probably make sense to be the default selected one.

Make placeholder of the id/identifier dynamic based on the first column name too.
