Within what is considered as Conformance Class Layer-Metadata there is an ats with two different expressions for the same input parameter

There is a test that indicates two different XPATH expressions, for the same input parameter specified: ISO 19128.

[2017.4 meeting 2018-04-19] The parameter value should be WMTS. Also the table needs to be properly formatted. The JRC contractor will make these changes as part of their proposal for refactoring the ATS.

This has been implemented in the ATS revision for view services. So the issue can be closed.
