Unable to dynamically access output directory or mount github.workspace to /workspace

Hello,

Today I encountered problem with the action when tried to build image and save it as tarball.

This action needs at least one of the following:

1. additional output for output directory path since it is dynamically created with random suffix
2. additional input for at least docker run arguments

What do you think should be implemented first, second or both?

I think that both would be the most beneficial for the majority of users.

Please let me know what is your thinking and I can submit PR(s).
