Describe the bug
Using the Microsoft Teams app for GitHub does not display issue comments as adaptive cards but instead shows the raw JSON for the comment card. See attached.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. With the MS Teams Integration setup, Go to 'Github -> Pull requests'
  2. Click on any open PR
  3. Scroll down to 'Add a comment'
  4. Type in anything and hit comment.
  5. Back in MS Teams, notice the comment fails to display correctly.

Expected behavior
A comment update on a PR displays correctly as an adaptative card.

Same here, but I can pinpoint that the rendering broke somewhere between 12:47 and 14:53 EET time.
