[FEAT]: Replace team_id with team_slug

Describe the need

The REST APIs for interacting with team by ID are currently under a closing down notice (ref) so we should switch to using team_slug. Although #2421 is currently still relevant and correct this would change this position with the eventual removal of the team_id.

This change should be able to be completed with minimal end user pain as we can add team_slug alongside team_id. I'm planning on opening a PR to achieve this once #2476 has been merged. I'm waiting for this so there can be automated acceptance tests in place.
