Add collators to squid

Goal

Add a colaltors endpoint to squid so we can show how many active collators we have and how much value they have bonded.

Implementation

Subject to discussion, I think sensible would be:

Collators

• Bonded collateral
• Type (invulnerable, bonded)
• Registration time
• Last submitted block
• Total submitted blocks
