Implement copy button for ChunkedSnippets component

Context

Even though Starlight has added expressive code, and all our mdx code blocks written with fences has the copy button out-of-the-box, our ChunkedSnippet (and likely FullSnippet) components are not MDX, and therefore we need to roll our own. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Assigning this to Sarah, but we should talk about it as a team now that Sarah and HJ have feedback from the Hackathon around Open Payments. There may be a different/better way to accomplish what we need.
