ripe.net SPF fails in 1.9 for too many DNS lookups, but succeeds in 1.8. We did change things in #1336 #1382 but other tools eem to think ripe.net is fine, e.g. https://www.mailhardener.com/tools/spf-validator?domain=ripe.net

Current suspicion is a new bug in the new code.

It should be 7, see https://easydmarc.com/tools/spf-lookup?domain=ripe.net
