Issues setting up InvenTree with Docker (and CloudFlare Tunnels)

Hi,

I’m struggling a lot with installing InvenTree compared to the other services I run. I’m trying to access it at the address https://inventree.mydomain.dev (it’s a .dev TLD so only accessible on HTTPS, no HTTP).

I followed the Docker guide but can’t get something to work setting INVENTREE_SITE_URL="https://inventree.mydomain.dev".
If I set auto_https off in the Caddyfile, nothing works even trying to access it locally by setting INVENTREE_SITE_URL to any of these: http://inventree.local:1444, http://0.0.0.0:1444, http://127.0.0.1:1444.

Am I missing something? Do I have to set other configuration variables so it can work in my environment?

Not much, couldn’t determine what could be wrong.

And then trying to access it locally from the same server I started it on:

Same if I remove the auto_https off option from the Caddyfile. I’m trying to make it work locally before trying to make it accessible through my tunnel, but either way I can’t get it to work yet.

Hi,
Anyone in a similar case please? InvenTree is great but it also is the only service I am not able setup in this environment. Tried with the latest 0.16.1 and I still can’t access the web interface in any way. Tried disabling auto_https, tried multiple endpoint URLs (both with and without https), etc.

Yes also having some issues with docker deployment via Cloudflare Tunnels.

Should be possible but requires some modifications.

Would be great to have a ready and configured docker compose set for this.
