Add Subcategories While Creating Parts

I ran across this statement: If you wish to automatically add subcategories while creating InvenTree parts, you will need to enable the "Part Categories - Add" permission. And... Where is this done? I looked in Admin Settings under Categories, Parts, and everywhere else and couldn't find anything. Please help me by directing me to the right place.--Thank you.
