Unreadable fields on invoice / quotes admin view

Hello,
We added custom fields on products but when editing the quotes it’s impossible to see what we choose or write, because the width of the colums is not correctly set.

If it's possible, I would like al least to change the css (of the admin interface) to allow to see the fields before this bug being corrected, but I don’t know where I could do that.
I would be glad if anyone could give me a clue about how to achieve that.

We have this one in backlog, unfortunately ther eis only so much realestate here, but we can do better.

@turbo124 perhaps an easy win on this would be to enable horizontally scrollable tables (as user preference)?

It could be a solution. I also noticed that in the desktop app we have not this problem. Unfortunately, we can't use the apps because of this other bug... : #2088
