If a PR requests changes to stable and latest and stable are already identically, the check mark should be set.
It's likely thet the new version is not yet at latest at all :-(

Eventually the newest npm version could be used to check this too.

Ebentually such PRs could be closed too or marked special and delayed at least 14 days?
