Describe the bug
When I first tried importing a CID, the file didn't upload and there was no error or loading UX. After several tries it seemed to work fine; can't reproduce it anymore.

Might be related to this: #2173 (comment)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Files
  2. Click on Import --> From IPFS
  3. Input CID
  4. Click Import
  5. Nothing happens and the screen isn't updated

NOTE: I can't seem to reproduce it anymore, but will come back to this if I'm able to!

Expected behavior
A new file should pop up in the list of files.
