Problem

Cypress e2e tests are unable to log into the staging url. This results in most of our tests failing or being skipped.

Steps to reproduce

  1. look at .env and ensure that CYPRESS_BASEURL="https://staging-cms.isomer.gov.sg/'
  2. run npm run test-e2e

suspect is cos staging no migration
