[BUG] Homepage editor button click area

Problem

The hit area for the stretch buttons (Add new, delete) in the homepage editor doesn't seem to work when I click over the text directly, but only works if I click in the area within the button but outside the text. See the video below for illustrated example:

Fix

Button actions should be triggered no matter where I click in the button, over the text or not.
