Problem

in our review request, we do not display the full email of users and instead, only the first 2 letters. this makes it difficult to distinguish the users based on the avatar alone.

Suggested Solution

Add a tooltip on hover that displays the full email of the user

Definition of done

  1. tooltip on hover for all avatars in rr
