Repo Removal Complete?

I guess this is a potential bug since I cannot yet find another cause. If there was a Discussions tab, I would have asked there first.

I was using Navbar Position without issue, but wanted to start using Card Mod Themes, so I Removed this integration and restarted HA.

Here is the current issue I have and the only thing left is to confirm whether simply removing this Repo successfully removed all effects it had on the .css properties of my dashboard views. Put another way, could this Repo still be affecting my ability to move the navbar through another method like themes?
