Teaspoon worker not closing #547

Teaspoon worker not closing after execution. When I check the teaspoon process, it went to defunct state. And it will create more defunct processes if we run again and again.
Due to this $?.exitstatus is unknown.

Any suggestions?

How are you running this? Just bundle exec teaspoon?
