Upgrade blueprints to generator-jhipster v8.7.1

Upgrade blueprints that not have an official maintainer, they are maintained by the team.

• generator-jhipster-entity-audit - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-entity-audit#271
• generator-jhipster-native - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-native#156
• generator-jhipster-migrate - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-migrate#23
• generator-jhipster-ionic - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-ionic#1231
• generator-jhipster-react-native - blueprint will require eslint v9 migration and is currently broken due to upstream changes.
• generator-jhipster-micronaut - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-micronaut#409
• generator-jhipster-nodejs - blueprint will require eslint v9 migration
• generator-jhipster-quarkus - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-quarkus#396
• generator-jhipster-jooq - update generator-jhipster to v8.7.1 generator-jhipster-jooq#43
• generator-jhipster-svelte - has a maintainer, blueprint will require eslint v9 migration and has blueprint specifics like prettier and don't share CI patterns a specific issue is required.

Use new patterns in generate-blueprint:

• use asCommand utility and try to add migration.
• blueprint option is an array in tests and try to add migration.
• add ignoreExistingGenerators option
• drop vitest.test-setup.ts, not required anymore
• enable queueCommandTasks.
• add skipWorkflows option to avoid override modified workflows and try to add migration,

Node related blueprint will have a specific issue due to complexity.

Svelte blueprint upgrade to 8.7.1 is almost done, so, you can close the task

• react-native blueprint CI is currently broken.
• nodejs blueprint requires eslint v9 adoption increasing difficult due to node nature.

This issue is complete.
