just got 40+ both in temporal pooling and temporal attention...I do not know whether it is because i use pytorch 0.4 and python 3.6?

I guess to change the batch size=32, now I'm getting the accuracy as reported. Checked it on python2 and python3 and torch=0.4 and new 1.1
