save/cancel buttons for time series mgt (sometimes?) disabled in Chrome #120

This is a show-stopper for time series admin in Chrome. I saw this once and the problem went away after a reload, but yesterday I had the same problem on a different machine and was unable to solve the problem by reloading, and had to use Firefox instead.

Not clear if this also applies to other parts of the admin interface, all of which is written in restangular.

I just tried this and can't reproduce it. It's not clear what conditions cause it.

I tried in a completely fresh dashboard install, no such issue.

This is definitely an issue with Internet Explorer.

Tried with latest dashboard and Chrome, no issue
