Adding the same bin to more than one time series doesn't work #140

Features that depend on the uniqueness of the bin pid, like workflow, will fail in this case. Fixity also seems to be negatively affected.

The first thing to do is simply advise people not to organize data this way, and then look into how this might be worked around.
