Steps to reproduce the issue

Create an error in the CLI Application

Expected result

Error handled

Actual result

Error not handled

Additional comments

Comes from 967f073

All errors are now being passed into the EventSubscriber which is only supposed to be dealing with HTML errors (as the function name handleWebError implies :) . Not errors from CLI Applications.
