Honor roles

Hi,

When you put a future date for the end of a role, let's say you do it today to be effective on April 30th, the person should be switched to honor role on that date, and not before. But currently, you're immediately switched to the honor role tab.

@Sandra97 thanks for the feedback! By setting an and date the role state is set to inactive immediately. At the moment it is not designed for setting the end date upfront. So this will require quite some changes and not a quick fix.
