What would you like sesh to do?

Hello! First of all, thank you so much for this amazing tool. I started using it and cannot live without it anymore :)
I saw the PR about support for tmuxinator but without documentation I can't figure out how to achieve what I am after..
Are there any plans to update the docs?

The -T flag will list tmuxinator configs and sesh connect will automatically detect if a tmuxinator session name is passed.

I can update the README soon.
