Tulum International Airport

Tulum Airport (IATA: TQO | ICAO: MMTU) officially known as Felipe Carrillo Puerto International Airport (TQO) or Aeropuerto Internacional de Tulum was officially inaugurated on December 1st, 2023.

TQO has been added, but the ICAO code (MMTL) is missing, as is the DST (None). This is a case where it would be nice if there were a way to update airports.dat via GitHub. I know there's a desire for some nice automated system that will clean up all the airports at once, but I think perhaps the perfect is the enemy of the good at the moment.
