Is it possible t track which Eero a device is connected to? #25

I have been doing some searching but can't find a way to do this.

I have one Eero pro downstairs and one upstairs. Is it possible to trigger events based on which Eero my phone is connected to?

Thanks @schmittx for the commit! but somehow I cannot see the information in home assistant, do I need to add anything to the config?

@tonysprenk You shouldn't have to change the config at all. Also, not to hijack but I put together a more complete eero integration here, any feedback would be much appreciated.
