Hi,I'm running the module Quickstart - how to estimate poly(A) tail lengths from nanopore native RNA reads, and I've got the result file, and I don't understand the result file right now, I think from this command line:nanopolish polya --threads=8 --reads=data/30xpolyA.fastq -- bam=data/30xpolyA.sorted.bam --genome=data/enolase_reference.fas > polya_results.tsv ,I got the result file,In the result file, the location information of these reads , the starting number of leader sample points ,the starting number of adapter sample points, the starting number of leader polya points and other information can be obtained,I would like to know if this software provides polyA start and end site information and how will I get the start and end site information from this information, thank you very much.
