Is it possible to train based on a subset of channels only ? The use case I have is the following:
I have the first channel for the nuclei,
two fluorescent markers in two channels
I want to classify pixels based on the first channel only, and not get influenced by the other channels. Is it possible ? It would be nice to have a 'channel selector' menu, the same way there is a resolution level menu when starting Labkit.
