Package fork & maintenance

Hi @junkafarian, first of all, thanks for this handy Sphinx extension!

I wanted to let you know that @lsaffre and I are maintaining a python3-compatible fork of it here: https://github.com/lsaffre/sphinxfeed

It's currently on PyPI as sphinxfeed-lsaffre. Assuming you don't have time to maintain this yourself, would you have any interest in transferring ownership of the original sphinxfeed package on PyPI so we can publish updates there instead?

Alternatively, would you be willing to add a link on the Readme here informing users that an actively maintained fork is available?
