The file that doesn't work starts at about 12sec into the file in my player. Skipping back to 0 does also not work. It will always start at 12 seconds. If I prepend something to the beginning (a few seconds black from the end or duplicating the first I-Frame several times) , it'll start even later. After the 12s the playback is normal.
Another file with similar parameters will play perfectly.
Note that the two examples will not mux correctly at all with the regular tsMuxer version due to the DV issue ( #781 ). You will need a version that includes my patch.
No, DV is not the issue, it also does not work if I remove DV first.
