Using either:

terraform 0.13.6
terraform 0.14.5

Gives this error on terraform plan:

$ terraform plan

Error: Unsupported argument

  on .terraform/modules/cluster/main.tf line 22, in provider "kubernetes":
  22:   load_config_file = false

An argument named "load_config_file" is not expected here.
