Embed images when outputting SVG #202

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When outputting SVG, the image is the path of the file.

Portability is not good because the file path cannot be referenced at the time of distribution.

Describe the solution you'd like

Base64 encode the image and embed it in SVG.
