By using any of "MineAcademy products" such as ChatControl, Boss, CoreArena, Confiscate, Winter and others (hereafter "products" you are agreeing and acknowledging that you have read and understood to the following terms and conditions.

Distribution of paid products is not allowed: You are not allowed to distribute the products. This applies both to the binaries or any sources. Illegal distribution can lead to legal action.

Support is only given on GitHub: Support is only given through the respective GitHub Issues page with each product. For paid products, you must be a buyer and able to produce evidence upon request to receive support. For pre-sale questions contact [email protected].

If you open a ticket, we're a tiny team and receiving help from us may take up to 5 business days: If you receive help from someone else until then, please close your issue.

There's absolutely no warranty on any support or product updates what-so-ever: Receiving support and product updates is a privilege and done at-will by MineAcademy team in our spare time. We love Minecraft and publish products as our passion, not as business. We are real people with lives outside of Minecraft and our contributions are made in the spare time we have, which, as we grow, is continuously challenged. To accept that, type /chc tour mothman in game. If you're not willing to accept that, please do not use our products.

14-day money back guarantee: If for any reason, you're unhappy with our products, you owe us absolutely nothing. Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll send you your money back. The only exception is breaching our terms of service, such as illegal redistribution etc., in which instances you are not entitled for a refund.

Usage on multiple networks/servers: You may use our products freely on your entire network for commercial, and non-commercial purposes. You may also use our products for testing purposes on your local test server.

End of life: While this is not something I want - there is the possibility that products will reach an end of life (EOL). This will in my best efforts be announced 1-3 months beforehand.
