Using ng-html2js with html2js #65

Hi Guys, I would like to use ng-html2js with html2js but I have this error when I install ng-html2js.

'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'window.html['PATH.json']').

Some ideas about it?

The problem is this line. It seems it should have been removed in v0.1.1 but it has not happened yet as of v0.1.2.

Essentially this plugin registers itself twice and overrides html2js if it is loaded.

This issue is a dupe of bug #43
