User story

As a team member on the security team I want an overview of all the apps that exist and who owns them so that we can follow up issues with the apps' owners

Acceptance criteria

• The service catalog component of backstage is set up and shows configured components
• A few SKIP test components are included for further testing
• A catalog entry supports showing arbitrary metadata to be defined later, for example the criticality of this component
• Documentation on how to use it exists on SKIPDOK. Here we can lean on backstage’s own docs and link to that
• Documentation includes description of which fields we use in our model (plugins like linguist, etc.)
