Add standalone cli formatter tools to the docs

Might be helpful for quickly checking the docs, especially given the fact that the web version doesn't support v2, and js/py versions require a runtime and are also not (standalone) scripts

I know of only 1 that has a compiled binary https://github.com/hougesen/kdlfmt (though the latest is flagged as a virus on Windows :) so maybe after that's resolved it could be added as an option?

Another tool https://github.com/dj95/kdl-fmt doesn't have a Windows binary
