Document Runtime requirements #842

Currently supported Runtimes (Shell, Docker, Kubernetes, LAVA) don't provide documentation on required interface.

In order to enable external contributions for new Runtimes (e.g. labgrid) these requirements should be made available in the pipeline docs.
