Enable Pengutronix lab for new KernelCI infra

Enabling lab in the new KernelCI infra depends on:

• config: runtime: boot: add support for barebox bootloader kernelci-core#2600
• Enable Pengutronix lab kernelci-pipeline#673

These PRs enable only imx8mm-innocomm-wb15-evk platform (for verification purposes) while stm32mp157c-lxa-tac-gen1 seems to have higher priority from lab operator point of view and should also be covered by these changes.

@Bastian-Krause I was unable to get any job for this Device Type - are they private so an anonymous user cannot access them? Could you provide a sample TestJob so I could integrate it in KernelCI submission templates?

This was due to a misconfiguration. The jobs are now public.
