data file paths in docker and plotting #104

Hi - I was able to get the latest docker version to run on my laptop, but only if I went into the directory where the datafiles existed. When I entered file paths into the preview or run commands for some reason it could not find the data files.

On a separate note - unable to obtain plots showing the segmentation from my docker run.
