One of the suggestions coming out of @prajjwalyd 's contributor research was to improve and evaluate the onboarding documentation (knative/community#1575).

This task is about following the development documentation: https://github.com/knative/eventing/blob/main/DEVELOPMENT.md

Along the way:

  • Report any bugs (doesn't have to fix, but fixes would be more than welcome)
  • Evaluate the new-contributor friendliness (e.g. is it too complex? what are the unknown things? etc.)

This task can be done by multiple evaluators. If you're interested in evaluating our onboarding documentation, please write a comment like "I am interested" and start going through the doc.

Share your findings in a new Google doc and we will assist you creating issues.
