Allow opening the analysis report webui view at any point in time

I ran into a situation where I wanted to compare the webui analysis report to what the IDE is displaying.

I saw the button pop up after analysis completed which I opened and a webui view was presented of the analysis.
I closed it by accident and want to go back to it.

I realize I can trace through under something like .mta/tooling/vscode/1b31s1pvc-op9knclex/static-report/index.html to reopen it, it would be nice if there was an easy way to do this from the IDE UI.
