Error when trying to Clone to Geopackage

I have never been successful using the Get function. When I try to clone to a geopackage I get the following error message:

Steps:
1 Press the Get button
2 Use the Clone to Geopackage option
3 Select a folder for the download
4 Press the OK button and the error occurs.

I am expecting to be able to download the data onto my local computer as a geopackage. Am I doing something wrong?
