Currently enjoi 4.1.1 is being used and that pulls in a very old version of Hoek (5.0.4) that gets flagged by package scanners when using hapi-openapi.

this issue can be closed, now using
"@hapi/hoek": "^9.0.4"
"enjoi": "^9.0.0"
