Don't activate when the command palette is open

Currently a slight move of the mouse pointer can cancel the commands palette. The plugin should not change focus when it's visible.

I've been editor-hopping lately and haven't worked on the plugin. Do you know if there's a good way of checking if command palette is currently open? If so, it would be easy to implement this.

@ktosiek, I'm sorry, but I don't know. I'm not an atom (or even JavaScript) developer, so I would not be able to help much. If there is however something I could help with regarding this issue I would love to help, however learning atom API and good practices when writing JS / Node / ... stack code is out of my time possibilities now.
