Which jobs are failing?

There're several issues which need to improve in /hack/update-docs.sh

Which tests are failing?

sed cmd will fail on MacOS, should use gsed or perlhttps://github.com/kubernetes/cloud-provider-vsphere/blob/master/hack/update-docs.sh#L88-L91
copy file will fail when create a new release, for e.g. existing release folder is 1.31, and we are releasing 1.32, https://github.com/kubernetes/cloud-provider-vsphere/blob/master/hack/update-docs.sh#L103
create helm release should using 1.32.x without vas a prefix https://github.com/kubernetes/cloud-provider-vsphere/blob/master/hack/update-docs.sh#L112
